With a unique product like ours it is imperative to know everything you need to know before buying.

If there are any questions you have which are not listed below, please get in touch with us via our contact page.

Pick the design you like, the size and quantity you need (or a custom size or design) double check your order before checkout.

Once received your order will be reviewed worked on and sent to the printing team to be processed.

Ideally before you place your Dandelion Decor order, please order samples prior. Samples are used because you can see the colours in real time and test the product works on your chosen area beforehand. We highly recommend samples to avoid disappointment.

All Orders, including sample orders, received before the order deadline of Fridays @1pm, will be collected on Tuesdays for next day delivery on Wednesdays.

Shipping times do not include creating your order.

Vinyl Tiles:
The tiles are shipped on a tracked next day delivery service from when your order is printed and ready to leave us with the courier (All international deliveries will be given delivery schedule on an individual basis).

Vinyl Tile Samples:
Vinyl sampes are couriered on a tracked 2 day delivery service from when your samples are printed and ready to leave us (UK).

Please keep in mind when your order is out for delivery & you have requested/signed for it to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour you are accepting DHL/Hermes terms & conditions which state they are not liable for lost/stolen parcels once left in your designated safe place. We unfortunately cannot replace any items which have been agreed to be left in a safe place by yourself as we are unable to claim from couriers if you agree to their terms & conditions when choosing for your order to be left in a safe place.

Please check your mailbox's spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

If you contact us straight away (within 2 hours) of placing your order we may be able to cancel your order before it's processed. Once it has been printed, we're no longer able to cancel your order.

We would recommend applying your product as soon as you receive it for best results.

The tiles can also be removed and reapplied at a later stage. Note the new area should be cleaned and level.

We also have adhesive strips available for reapplying to the back of the tile. Should you require it, help and guidance is available with our customer service team.

Yes! We have the ability to post anywhere in the world however some prices are not automatically calculated at checkout and you may be asked to get in touch with the team for a specific price.

Shipments to Ireland, the EU, America, Australia and New Zealand are all preset and will be calculated at checkout.

At checkout you will pay the shipping charge, but please be aware that if you are receiving an international order, you will be liable for any import tax and charges that your country sets for the import of these goods.

These vary by country, so please check with the relevant authorities in your country on what the import tax value will be.

Dandelion Décor is not responsible for paying your custom charges.

Every printed product is custom made to order; we are unfortunately not able to accept a return for these items.

Before checking out please 'read & agree' the 'terms and refund policy' checkbox. If this is checked and samples have not been ordered prior to your product order and you are unhappy with your printed product we are unable to accept refunds & returns.

Our tiles are 'tailor-made or personalised items' and are an exception to the Consumer Contracts regulations.

One thing that we definitely cannot say enough, is to order a sample & read our 'how to use/FAQs'.

One of the most important things to remember is that colours can vary from your phone screen to your computer screen to real life, so having a sample is the best way of you knowing if the product suits your area.

Take photos of the damage, packaging and postage label in question and email our customer service team via hello@dandeliondecor.co.uk with the details. The customer service team will contact you within 2 days.

Please keep your contents & its packaging in case we need to arrange a collection of the damaged vinyl.

The legal bit: buying items online fall under the 'Consumer Contracts Regulations' which entitle you to cancel and return your order within 14 days. Our printed product is 'tailor-made or personalised item' and are an exception to these regulations.

On the occasion that we do accept a return, we ask that you pay the return postage. If on inspection the damage is our fault, we will pay to return the goods.

Each tile measures 30 x 30 cm.

Each tile is aorund 2mm thick.

The easiest way to measure is to calculate your length x width in metres & work out how many 30 x 30 cm tiles fit the area.

For example, your area is 1.2 x 1.2 m, this means 4 tiles will fit the 1.2m length & 4 tiles will fit the 1.2m length. Once you have this you just need to calculate 4 x 4 tiles which = 16 tiles (this is how many tiles you will need).
